I. Organization Name: Shadow Court

II. Founding Purpose: To enforce laws, prevent the formation or expansion of illegal organizations, and expunge corrupt high-ranking officials from Pandaemonium.

III. Current Mandates: Arrest and punish criminals, detain special offenders, collect information, carry out summary punishments, investigate and reveal corruption.

IV. History (all dates AC)

Year 50: Lord Azphel assigns summary punishment authority to several Archons.

Year 60: Lord Azphel appoints six Daevas as "Shadow Judges."

Year 90: "Shadow Court" formally established in Pandaemonium.

Year 100: "Shadow Executors" appointed to enforce the orders of the Shadow Judges.

Year 110: "Shadow Court" expands to become the top intelligence agency and machinery of law in Pandaemonium.

Year 150: Kromede the Corrupt expelled.

Year 152: Secure prison built in the underground of Triniel Coliseum.

Year 190: Jurisdiction of Shadow Court expands to the whole of Asmodae.

Year 200: Kalaemus, First Shadow Judge, retires.

Year 210: Grand Shadow Judge system introduced.
