Strike Fortitude

Strike Fortitude is a defensive attribute, and affects a character’s ability to mitigate damage inflicted by critical hits from physical attacks. Strike Fortitude reduces the damage inflicted by critical hits from physical attacks. The amount of damage reduced from each critical hit increases based on the amount of Strike Fortitude the character possesses.

Many classes can benefit from Strike Fortitude, more so in PvP. Classes like Sorcerers and Spiritmasters, who tend to have fewer defenses against physical attacks, can benefit from Strike Fortitude to mitigate critical hit damage inflicted by classes like Rangers and Assassins.

A high Strike Fortitude attribute is most important for classes that have fewer defenses against physical attacks, in particular when engaging in PvP combat. However, all classes can benefit from more Strike Fortitude.
